MSIE Only Scrolling Marquee

I like this Marquee because it is easy to understand and looks simple as well. It's a nice way to let those with Netscape see what Internet Explorer has been able to do all along. This code can live in the <body> right where you want it to appear. Just copy the code below and change the wording to what you need.
