Behind the Cover Art: February, 2025

The cut-paper painting style creates the illusion of multiple layers of stacked cut-paper, each casting shadows on the others, thereby adding depth to the painting. While this style is well-suited to digital art, it presented unexpected challenges in achieving the desired layered effect and depth. After extensive effort and refinement, I successfully mastered the technique. I am pleased with the result and I am considering using this aesthetic for future cover designs.
