Behind the Cover Art: March, 2025

The March 2025 cover was inspired by murder trial play written and directed by our Lakeview resident Jack Barry. Using a cartoon of Jack provided to me, I designed a courtroom scene with him as the judge. I created the embossed background image from the Jury Duty Summons used in the play. Jack was placed behind the bench with a gavel, and the composition was completed with an image of the Justice Scales. As this was a mixed media piece incorporating found photos, I credited myself solely for the cover design.
