Behind the Cover Art: June, 2025

For this month’s cover, I depicted a young girl building a sandcastle, inspired by memories of my own children at the beach. My daughter was always the architect of sandcastle dreams, while her older brother preferred demolition. Their collaboration—she built, he fetched water and eventually demolished the castle—created a harmonious balance and allowed for peaceful moments for the family. Rather than focusing on the destruction, I chose to illustrate the joy and creativity of building, hoping this artwork evokes fond memories for others as well.
