Behind the Cover Art: October, 2025

Previous October covers have featured Halloween themes, including last year’s spooky mansion and friendly ghosts. Seeking a fresh approach, I consulted friends for advice and was reminded of our annual Oktoberfest. For this cover, I illustrated an Oktoberfest character—a distinguished gentleman with a notable mustache, Alpine hat, casual shirt, Lederhosen, and beer stein. To enhance the composition, I added a sign featuring a barmaid and incorporated an Oktoberfest diamond-patterned background. The cover theme is now complete.
