Behind the Cover Art: May, 2026

After dedicating nearly a month to last month’s cover art, I opted for a more streamlined approach this month. Inspired by the positive feedback on last year’s April cover featuring hydrangeas, I chose to incorporate them again, this time as part of a floral arrangement. To avoid repetition, I decided to pair the hydrangeas with “Lily of the Valley,” recalling fond memories of picking these flowers as a child for my mother. With the addition of a few event advertisements, the cover came together smoothly and is now ready for print. I look forward to developing the June cover next.
